Pioneering a Modern Care Home Directory in Thailand

We developed Thailand’s first modern directory website for care homes, featuring dual-language support, multi-tenant management, and seamless user experience. The platform empowers care home staff to independently manage their listings while providing families with an intuitive way to discover, shortlist, and review establishments.

Background
Finding care homes in Thailand has traditionally been difficult, with limited online presence and fragmented information. To fill this gap, we designed and built a pioneering platform that connects families with verified care homes. The system supports both English and Thai, making it accessible to locals and expats alike.
Solution
To address the dual needs of care home staff and families searching for services, we implemented a robust multi-tenant architecture with separate frontends for administrators and users.
Admin Dashboard
We built a React.js-powered admin dashboard enabling care home staff and system administrators to manage all aspects of their listings. Staff can update basic details, pricing, room types, images, and features directly. The dashboard also supports user management, shortlist form submissions, and dual-language content editing.
User Directory Website
Using Next.js, we developed a fast and SEO-friendly frontend for users to search and explore care homes. Core features include advanced search with filters, a map view, care home detail pages, and the ability to save and review establishments. The dual-language system allows seamless switching between Thai and English.
Scalable Backend
A FastAPI backend hosted on AWS powers both frontends, managing data, authentication, and business logic. With a multi-tenant design, the backend ensures secure data partitioning between different care homes while remaining scalable for future growth.
Analytics & Insights
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity were integrated to help the client understand user behavior, optimize conversions, and track engagement.
Outcome
The project delivered Thailand’s first modern care homes directory, bridging a critical gap in healthcare information access. Families can now discover and evaluate care homes with ease, while care home staff have a self-service platform to manage their listings. The solution is scalable, user-friendly, and positioned as a pioneering service in the Thai healthcare landscape.
